OK PKR Terms and Conditions — Rules & User Agreement

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and OK PKR ("we", "us", "the platform"). By accessing the OK PKR website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of the platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the OK PKR platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms apply alongside any additional rules, policies and guidelines published on the OK PKR platform, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. Where there is a conflict between these Terms and a specific policy page, the more specific policy takes precedence in relation to its subject matter.

02 Account Registration

To use OK PKR's paid gaming and betting services you must register an account. Registration is free. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, a contact number and the payment method details you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals.

You are permitted to hold only one active account on the OK PKR platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all duplicate accounts being closed. Any balances, bonuses or pending withdrawals associated with duplicate accounts are subject to cancellation.

You must keep your account information up to date. If any of your registered details change — particularly your payment method details or contact information — you must update them promptly via your account settings. OK PKR is not liable for any failed withdrawals or missed communications resulting from outdated account information.

• Your username and password must be kept confidential. Do not share them with anyone.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account until you report a security issue to OK PKR support.
• OK PKR staff will never ask you for your password via any channel.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately to have the account secured.

OK PKR reserves the right to verify your identity at any point. You may be asked to submit a copy of your CNIC and supporting documents. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal holds until verification is completed.

03 Eligibility & Age Verification

OK PKR is an 18+ platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any paid features of the platform. By creating an account, you declare and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

OK PKR reserves the right to request age verification documents — including a copy of your C NIC or other government-issued identification — at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the timeframe specified will result in account suspension until the matter is resolved.

You also confirm that you are not accessing OK PKR from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited, and that you are doing so entirely of your own free will for personal entertainment purposes.

04 Deposits & Payments

OK PKR accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and supported mobile wallets. The minimum and maximum deposit amounts per method are displayed at the time of deposit and may be updated periodically.

All funds deposited into your OK PKR account must come from a payment source registered in your own name. Depositing via a payment method belonging to another person — including family members — is not permitted. OK PKR is not liable for delays, failures or losses resulting from errors made during the deposit process by the player.

• Deposits are typically credited to your OK PKR wallet immediately or within a few minutes depending on the payment channel used.
• If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• OK PKR does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once games have been played with those funds.

OK PKR reserves the right to carry out additional checks on deposits that are flagged as unusual, including requests for supporting documentation from the player, to ensure the integrity of the payment and compliance with anti-money-laundering obligations.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your OK PKR account are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa accounts are typically processed within minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfers and other methods may take longer depending on your bank or wallet provider.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• The withdrawal destination account must be registered in your own name. OK PKR does not process third-party withdrawals under any circumstances.
• Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. This is a one-time requirement.
• Any active bonus funds must have their wagering requirements met before the associated winnings can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are complete will forfeit the bonus portion.
• OK PKR reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account dashboard and may vary by payment method.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

OK PKR offers bonuses, promotional credits and special offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to the individual promotion, which are published alongside each offer. The general rules below apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise.

• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier that indicates how many times the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. The applicable wagering requirement is shown clearly on each promotion page.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Check each promotion for the specific game contribution list.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not activated or wagered through within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from your account.
• One bonus at a time: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one active bonus may be held at a time. Opting in to a new promotion before completing an existing bonus may result in the previous bonus being voided.
• Abuse: OK PKR monitors bonus use and reserves the right to withhold or cancel bonuses where abuse, exploitation or systematic strategies designed to lock in profits from bonuses are detected.

OK PKR reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, including where a technical error has resulted in incorrect bonus amounts being awarded. Players who have already activated a promotion in good faith will be treated fairly in the event of a cancellation.

07 Gameplay & Betting Rules

By placing a bet or spinning a game on OK PKR, you accept the applicable game rules and confirm that you are placing the wager knowingly and voluntarily. The following general gameplay rules apply across all sections of the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. No bet may be cancelled or amended after it has been accepted by the system.
• In sports betting, odds are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series — are subject to the specific settlement rules published in the Betting section. Markets may be voided in the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or materially changed.
• Slot and casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. OK PKR does not and cannot influence individual game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game session that results in an incomplete round, the affected round will be resolved in accordance with the game provider's published rules. Where this is not possible, the bet may be voided and the staked amount returned.
• OK PKR reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on a suspended market, or placed using a technical exploit that gave an unfair advantage.

Specific rules for each game type — including slot paylines, live casino table limits and bingo ticket pricing — are displayed within each game or section. Players are responsible for reading these before placing bets.

08 Responsible Gaming

OK PKR is committed to promoting responsible gaming across the platform. Gaming is intended to be an enjoyable form of adult entertainment. It should never be treated as a source of income, a way to recover previous losses, or a response to stress, anxiety or personal difficulties.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to every player from within their account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit require a waiting period before the increase is applied.
• Session time reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a set period of play so you remain aware of how long you have been active.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the platform. OK PKR processes self-exclusion requests promptly and the restriction is applied to your account without delay.
• Activity history: Your full deposit, withdrawal and gaming history is available in your account dashboard so you can review your spending patterns at any time.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the OK PKR platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals and permanent closure of your account.

• Registering more than one account on the platform under any name or identity.
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using another person's payment method or identity to deposit, play or withdraw.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any technical means to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation are void and will not be paid out.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, fraud or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or extract any part of the OK PKR platform.

10 Privacy & Data

OK PKR collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Your personal information is used for account management, identity verification, processing deposits and withdrawals, fraud prevention, customer support and delivering platform communications. OK PKR does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the right to request access to the personal data OK PKR holds about you and to request corrections where that data is inaccurate. For data-related requests, contact the support team with the details of your request.

11 Limitation of Liability

OK PKR provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain consistent uptime and a quality gaming experience, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free of technical interruptions.

• OK PKR is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side, device failures or third-party payment processing delays.
• OK PKR is not liable for losses arising from the player's misunderstanding of game rules or bonus terms, provided those rules and terms were clearly published on the platform.
• In the event of a technical error that causes incorrect odds, payouts or game outcomes to be displayed, OK PKR reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players.
• OK PKR's total liability to any individual player in respect of any single incident is capped at the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident.

Nothing in these Terms limits OK PKR's liability in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct on our part.

12 Changes to These Terms

OK PKR reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date at the top. For significant changes, OK PKR will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the OK PKR platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to discuss your account closure.
